Internal layout redesign of a split-level apartment, consisting of a main living level on the First Floor, with an external staircase leading to the rear garden downstairs. The interior layout was altered to improve functionality, opening up the space between the kitchen and living area to maximise daylight access. A previously unused loft was transformed into a new master suite, vastly increasing the property's value. An outbuilding in the rear garden presented an opportunity for a new design studio for the client, featuring full-height bi-folding doors that open out onto a newly landscaped decking area. Subtle, natural materials and light wood tones throughout the design create a warm, cohesive aesthetic between the outbuilding and the existing maisonette.
